Curious Conquistador

Curious Conquistador (2024) is an electroacoustic piece for trombone octet and tape commissioned by the University of Alabama Trombone Studio. This rondo features a triumphant theme which becomes more fleshed out each time it returns and mix-metered episodes containing heavy syncopation.
