Salvation is Created

Salvation is Created is originally a choral work, a Russian hymn by Pavel Chesnokov. In the summer of 2024, I was commissioned by the University of Alabama's Million Dollar Band Trombone Section to write a quintet version of this piece that was compatible with trombones without F attachments. After fulfilling that commission, I adapted that arrangement into a sextet which is as faithful to the English adaptation of the original hymn as possible.
